My Baby is growing so fast!!

My Baby Boy is almost 10 months and before I know it he will be 1 year old!



This is a short film that "Executive Producer" Chase recorded of himself as I was cleaning out our closet...

 

 

My Ultrasound....Anatomy Scan...

Deep down inside...I really wanted a girl...and I thought...or had at least convinced myself that I was having a girl...

 No matter the out come...I just want/wanted to have/know that I was/am having a healthy baby!!

Hearing and seeing my baby's heartbeat...bring so joy to my heart!! It is unlike anything that I have ever experienced.

 

And....then....I heard Cary (my husband) giggle...right before the ultrasound tech said that we were having a boy! Cary had already previously stated numerous times that he wanted a boy!

My little MAN...was extremely active that morning for the ultrasound!! Like he is most of the time...Just kicking and stretching away :-)

Once again...very active...and kicking away!!

 

 

By my own definition...I am already a mother to 3 wonderful children...that I love dearly!! However...the experience of actually caring a child is in a realm all its own!! Being a mother (to my step-children and natural child) will be the most important and greatest job that I will over hold!!

Until recently I didn't think that I looked pregnant...

However...after trying to find something for work this morning and realizing that most of my pants don't fit...

I decided to take a second look at myself in the mirror...

And what do you know...I have a BABY BUMP!!

The Twins Birthday Invitation

I took the time to create the twins birthday invitation this year...

They are both huge Caillou fans...

So this is what I came up with..

I was searching online for invitations...the selections were limited...and pricey...

After also searching ebay...I found a seller...that would create a invitation and send it to you digitally for $15 or $16... but then you still have the cost of getting it printed.

Since the party would be the twins...I personally didnt think that it was right to get only one invitation printed!!!

It took me about 8 hours....but I created 3 slightly different invitations using Microsoft Publisher.

Our family will get "The Twin's" invitations...and their perosnal friends will get the others.

They are twins...but the are also little individuals...so I thought that this way was only appropriate.

Jayden's 1st football game + 6th birthday

We celebrated Jayden's birthday on Saturday, September 8th...but he's actually birthday was Monday, September 10th (which was also the day of his first football)

Being a step-parent is very stressful venture...as is parenting in general...BUT it is all worth it!

Happy 6th birthday, Jayden!
